Irvine is a city in Orange County, California and home to the University of California, Irvine (UCI), the largest university in Orange County. The John Wayne/Orange County Airport is a short distance away and Amtrak provides rail service via Metrolink and the Pacific Surfliner has a stop in Irvine. There are several festivals held here. The Irvine Global Village Festival is held in the Fall, Wayzgoose and ReggaeFest are held in the Spring, and the UCI Free Film Series is held every Thursday during the Summer.
